First of all, a multilingual app is great, more comfortable to work in your native language. One of the greatest feature in task and timer (timer can be installed directly on computer).
We used zoho and another alternative before, both were crap.
Nice UI/UX, really impressive on how easy it is to manage your business with that. I also love the buy buttons, that allow to turn any web page in a professional shop.
One feature for paying with PayPal isn't working properly and instead of looking into it they suggest that I should contact PayPal, even though the problem is with Ninja.
The ability to customise most of the details such as what is displayed on your invoice, where it's displayed, the colours, etc. is really great.
Slightly confusing how invoicing of time-tracking tasks combined with fixed invoice positions works.
Being able to access it from a browser anywhere to get my invoicing done or use an app on virtually every platform there is, is fantastic. Oh, and it actually looks great on mobile.
There is one or two missing features that are key for me (combined currency income for example), but those are coming with the soon to be released next major version.
Her ability to effectively convey information and respond promptly to inquiries was impressive and greatly contributed to a smooth and pleasant interaction.
There were a few instances where I had to bring small errors or omissions to her attention, which could sometimes cause minor delays or require additional follow-up.
She was always responsive and attentive, providing prompt and helpful assistance. The occasional minor oversights were outweighed by her overall effectiveness and dedication to addressing my needs.
It may not be ideal for a counseling service as it tells leads their call is recorded, which may lead to a lack of confidentiality.
Overall, my experience with Abby was positive. Her exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor made our interactions productive and enjoyable.
Price a bit high and features very difficult to master.
A software that is easy to use and allows you to make calculations or estimates. What we like most about the tool is that it is quick to learn, no need to be an expert or professional.
Sean S.: My name's Sean. I'm the owner of the small company called The Network Pro. I am currently a business of one and I've tested Invoice Ninja, and out of five star, I give it five stars because I love it. I started exploring other self-hosted apps, one of them called Pancake app. Unfortunately it's very dated and it was hard to use. I started testing out FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online, and while they're great for bigger businesses, they just didn't work for my business of one person right now. Luckily I found Invoice Ninja. I tested out their online platform and shortly after I got my first client and used that for invoicing my first client, I moved to the self-hosting option, which was great. To be able to instantly invoice and quickly invoice customers and for them to be able to pay through different means. So I only have a limited means of accepting payments such as PayPal, and it made it very easy to implement that within Invoice Ninja and send my first invoice right away. I would say on a scale of one being very easy and five being very hard, it's probably a one and a half. It does require some basic information such as your name, your company names, your client's name and information, and also how you want to set up for your payments. You have to understand what a payment gateway is. But the nice thing about Invoice Ninja is their support. Their support has been phenomenal. You send them an email, they respond with the answer and they talk to you at the level that you're at. Save the best for last. Test a few others first, then test Invoice Ninja, and you realize Invoice Ninja just gets it. I can only imagine how many times people that have developed Invoice Ninja have been through trying to invoice clients and they've made the process very simple and it makes your brand look better.
