Auvik helps IT teams rocket their efficiency and capacity by automating and simplifying network management, while protecting the business from network risk.
GlassHive is tailor-made for tech companies (MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, Vendors, and more) of all sizes and levels of expertise who are geared towards expanding their branding and driving business growth.
Auvik is a good product with a fantastic premise, when you start to realize the full capabilities you begin to understand how it could best be utilized.
Historically, MSP's can be perceived as a threat to IT departments for fear of outsourcing their teams.
Overall, Auvik has streamlined our network operations and improved performance monitoring. Highly recommended for any IT team looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution.
OOTB Alerting is a bit noisy. Compliance lift, while made easier with the tool, was disappointing.
The graphical representation of the network is definitely the best part. However, the alerting and management of the devices is also fantastic.
Can be annoying out of the box. You need to spend the time to customize the alerts to not tell you a printer is out of paper.
The GUI is great, and I really appreciate all the errors and misconfigurations Auvik can detect on first deployment. Setup is simple, and the live chat with support has been outstanding.
Honestly sick of spending $25k/yr. And not getting what we need.
What I appreciate most about GlassHive is its remarkable user-friendliness. The platform's intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to navigate and use effectively.
So far, there hasn't been anything that we've disliked.
Good combination of Hubspot sales and marketing in one platform and an extremely good value. Been pretty important in how we manage our list's and leads on the way to them becoming a client.
However, a lot of the content of the leads provided are incorrect. Like bad phone numbers or contact names and companies that are no longer in business.
The support when I do have a chance to connect with folks on the team is helpful I like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and I like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I think they are both assets to clients.
Since it is browser-based, it is possible to accidentally hit the back button and lose recent edits.
The ease of use and colorful cheerful design makes me excited to log in. The customer support is great and helpful and always responds quickly.
The features are not as simple to access and edit throughout the campaign process. I think there is confusion with saving and editing during the initiation of campaigns.
