We could not imagine going back or doing without this program. You will never find a better program it is the best, and the service or any issues you have will be taken care of immediately.
Still have a problem with many not seeing the submit button...when that screen pops up the submit button is not visible. Have talked with other ADs as well about this...continues to be an issue.
Family ID is very user friendly and have not heard anything but positive feedback from coaches and parents. Also, the support service is fantastic.
