Not only does it have the best aesthetics and options for design, it's seamless in its reporting and analytics.
Using OneCause - as an administrator or end user - is unintuitive. The design is poor and users receive unintelligible error messages.
Their customer service was good and the training was also good. I would recommend to someone needing a robust system.

It always prompts for actual date value which is a pain. Kiosk cannot accept ACH payments.
Best part is its all cloud based so you can use it pretty much from any where including Kiosk configuration changes. Kiosk hardware and display is also really neat, making donation process real easy.

Rachael: Hi, my name is Rachael. I'm the event fundraising manager for Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas, and I would rate OneCause at a level of five. I use OneCause for all of our internal fundraising needs. So everything from auctions to raffles, to live auctions, and just anything in between. My favorite thing about OneCause is that it's seamless. There are so many capabilities all in one program and it makes it very much a worry-free process for me. The only thing that I would change about OneCause is the descriptions underneath the reports that we pull so that we can pull the information that we're needing a lot faster.
