We came from Vend, this is just amazing. Auto updates status, stock, perfect integration and super quick to update both sides.
My experience with Hike has been horrible, the system has major flaws and the company as a whole is unprofessional.
The support staff has been super friendly, responsive and helpful. Rather than giving us flippant answers with links to FAQs, they have actually provided constructive and personalized responses.
I have lost a year of accounting reports, customer history etc. Every problem I have ends in a call or email to support, then passed to tec support then problem maybe sorted with in a few weeks.
Because of this, it is appropriate for all audiences and age groups. Inventories, customer profiles, gift cards, e-commerce, and retail tracking are some of its amazing capabilities.
Sometimes payment gets failed and there is no response from support about this.
It works seamlessly with Woo Commerce, which has been nice too. The reporting tools are helpful and full of variety, and we are enjoying the custom report feature as well.
The app keeps hanging, we keep losing conncetion to printer and scanner. The currency keeps changing from the store currency.
Beautiful interface, very snappy performance. Extremely customizable and fantastic reporting capabilities.
There are also a few other reports that our owner is upset about losing. As well, I wish there were an app for the phones because reading the schedule through a mobile web page can be difficult.
More importantly, customer service is GREAT. When I need help, they are there to assist in a professional polite manner.
The only complaint I have is just getting our payroll set up.
Ease of use is wonderful and ability to give each user different access is great. Visually it is easy to understand and lots of short cuts for booking at high speed.
Some of the other service providers make mistakes while I’m not at work and I cannot edit them without doing a refund and changing it to the proper stylist.
It is easy to learn and we love all the numbers it tracts. The inventory is nice to track on this software.
The amount of time and stress the on boarding cost me was exhausting. Also, trying to sort out editing the actual system and not the ‘ghost’ training platform.
Jessica F.: My name is Jessica. I am the operations manager for One Eleven Salon in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We are a six-chair salon, and I rate Meevo at a five. We were a former Millennium salon, but as the landscape of the industry has changed, we found that we needed something a little bit newer and that was more cloud-based, and that is when Millennium offered the option of Meevo too, and it was a jump that made sense and was easy to transition over from Millennium. The ease of use with Meevo makes it a wonderful software to use. Our staff pretty much picks it up from day one. The help and the training at the academy is great for anybody that has any questions on anything that they can't use by just playing with the software. The support that comes with Meevo is five-star, whether it be from MeevoPay or from just an issue with a report. We always have five-star service from the support team in answering any questions that we have. Starting up with Meevo was super easy. Our onboarding specialist was phenomenal. She stayed connected to us. We had no issues from day one getting set up and ready to go the day that our salon opened. We were actually fully functional a couple of weeks before opening day, so that we had plenty of time to input clients that were coming with us once we opened the salon. If you're considering making the switch to Meevo, I highly recommend scheduling a call with someone from their team to learn more about everything that Meevo has to offer for your salon. I also recommend joining the Facebook community online and learning what other salons are doing with it to see how it can help your salon.
