It is very complicated and hard to understand, I looked up several YouTube Tutorials to try to use this program. Because I couldn't understand how to use it, I uninstalled the application.
It helps a great deal in how the steps are worked out for completion from start to finish. The report also provided us with great insight into our company and where we can make improvements.

There is a limitation in reporting as reports can't be exported easily. It lacks employee sirveying thus it's difficult to gather employment feedback.

I have noticed some limitations when it comes to reporting and customization. My biggest complaint is that the reports cannot be exported or easily manipulated.

Additionally, I find the labeling options for campaigns to be quite limited.
