SKUBANA is a great tool to have, it is helping our business in many different ways. The Customer Service is outstanding (especially Emily Garcia) , and the best of all it is saving us lots of money.

Some aspects of the product are difficult to understand without requesting help/explanation from the client services team.

Amazing service and amazing software, everything you need for online sell, all in one place. I just love working with the software and the support team is also very kind, polite and professional.

If you need an urgent support, there is no way you can get it. After charging you a lot of money having this poor customer service is unfair.

I personally dislike the Order Fulfilment by auto DS as in my first order it failed.

Everyone is so responsive and shows that you care about us and our success which I really appreciate.

But I get frustrated sometime when the system does not update and order from the "ordered" status to the "shipped" status.

It provides me with a level of comfort that makes me confident I made the right choice to sign up with AutoDS. Very happy with this incredible software program.

I don't like the fact that your order goes to "insufficient funds" status when the account does not have enough funds.
