Happy Property vs FSI CMMS: Which is a better fit?

Overall, very pleased with the functionality and the simplicity of documenting these important inspections.

No more returning to properties after lost or damaged inspection forms and photos.

Very good experience with the software and like that it has the ability to share and integrate.

I DREADED doing walk-throughs for my rental units.

I find the app very user friendly, and enjoy using it. I especially like that we can set up templates and use those over and over, as well as the ability to copy inspections.

The biggest con isn't related directly to the software itself but rather to the occasional issue with lack of cell signal coverage. When this happens the image we see on the screen is pixelated.

The app is very helpful, and so far I am loving the reporting system. I am sure there is a lot more I will do with the app, but for now just for basic house inspections its been great.

I can't really think of anything that I would necessarily say is a negative with the software so far.

Outstanding continued support is one of their strongest points, and their staff members are focused on helping hospitals make these tricky transitions.

The downtimes with the parent server can lead to loss of time.

The product is outstanding and easy to work with for users. The people behind the product are exceptional, and make each customer feel important.

Sometimes things appear to go missing and we're not sure why. We think something works one way but it doesn't and then it doesn't make sense.

Ve worked with FSI CMMS being implemented at a few clients from conception to rollout and the staff has been great and seeing the evolution of the program has been amazing.

The common problem doesn’t let us assign techs in that settings.

They have a great team that is very supportive. There is no Question they can not answer.

On occasion, more granular reporting on individual hospitals within the system was sometimes difficult to obtain.
