Overall, very pleased with the functionality and the simplicity of documenting these important inspections.

No more returning to properties after lost or damaged inspection forms and photos.

Very good experience with the software and like that it has the ability to share and integrate.

I DREADED doing walk-throughs for my rental units.

I find the app very user friendly, and enjoy using it. I especially like that we can set up templates and use those over and over, as well as the ability to copy inspections.

The biggest con isn't related directly to the software itself but rather to the occasional issue with lack of cell signal coverage. When this happens the image we see on the screen is pixelated.

The app is very helpful, and so far I am loving the reporting system. I am sure there is a lot more I will do with the app, but for now just for basic house inspections its been great.

I can't really think of anything that I would necessarily say is a negative with the software so far.

They have an amazing team that is always available and willing to help find a solution.

It is a sad excuse when the sales team doesn't even know who their own customers are.

I love it, have for a while now. It has substantially simplified our submittal process.

My main complaint is more to do with the options an AHJ sets in their submittal requirements.

How easy it is to navigate, we do not have it up and running yet, but I am very excited to use it.

Inspections are a little difficult to navigate through.

Love how Easy it is to use and find out how the statuses on your applications.

The only way for me to no longer receive them is by emailing a Permit tech.
