Very good software for monitoring things like server performance or any website performance. Good to operate from both mobile and desktop and customer support of this organisation is very good.
My quibbles are that we have received false alarms on occasion, sometimes caused by their server agents, which have been a little flakey sometimes. Also, the pricing can be confusing.
I love its dashboarding capabilities. And that the monitoring system itself keep track of historical data providing great insight on what is happening.
It is very hard to recover the password once the person who set up the service is no longer with the organization.

As you have lots of settings available, some times you get puzzled were to configure it properly, for instance when setting up notifications groups/teams.
A huge pro with this software is that it is better than AWS. And it is open-source as well as easy to use.

The web interface for management is a bit more complex and difficult to understand. In compare with another commercial solutions it lacks some extended features.
The biggest pro of OpenStack is that it's an open-source cloud management platform. Great performance and scalability.
The scalability of the cloud environment is a great feature. OpenStack and RackSpace work to get you a cloud environment that can store all your data and handle many users working in the environment.
