You are charged for disabled instances, you would think charges would only be for instances that are actually in use.
It has been good and I see no reason to think of moving. Service is great, price is good too.
You have to turn off the droplet to scale up or scale down. Information regarding DDoS attacks on droplets should also me made available in the control panel.
In addition, what I really like is how they have a market place where you can browse popular and common open source apps (like plesk) and they can set it up for you with one click of a button.
