GetSwift USED to be great and we loved the low price and the fact it had everything we needed.
Tech is basic and has a lot of bugs that hides the delivery fee, date and time and there's lack in it. The most frustrating about it is how the support team were unsure about the platform itself.
I liked the way this company came up with a simple and elegant way of tracking delivery drivers. I used them for almost 1.5 years.
I stopped using their services at the end of September and I forgot to cancel the direct debit which was set up to automatically recharge my account as a wallet. They charged my account in October.

Poor notifications, doesn't work on Android 8, constantly signs me off link and disconnects from the serve, I also cannot view past orders unless I'm online.

Easy to track deliveries, easy to manage deliveries and such. As an IT Professional, very good UI, very nice to use and good to get information or fix issues with some of the distribution.
The only negative side we have experienced with the software is the inability to remove a delivery stop on a route once the driver has started their route.
The features are amazing and have great scope to offer more info for the customer as my business expands.
Only to find out I got charged the full 560 Canadian right away for the second user. When I tried to cancel this (my company is still new and we do not need two delivery drivers at this time).
It has been a good experience, the real time ability to find good enroute and have access to proof of delivery documents has increased satisfaction in customer interactions.
We found Integration with our software a bit difficult.
Great & easy to use, very good product for price & will recommend all new courier businesses to use them.
Overly sensitive map scrolling, no historic tracking of drivers speeds etc, can be a little cumbersome & additional drivers are expensive.
