Most of all i like ease of use, its very helpful to locate clients nearby when on a road trip or location. I wish we could set some defaults when adding a contact such as country.
Sometimes I'm in a shitty service area and I can't pull up the next part of my route. I think once the route is set, there should be an option to use the route "offline.
I love the ease of use and the visual aspect of the software. The color scheme of the programs makes the program even more attractive to use and navigate.

The company has upgraded to Appolo. Unless I pay for a new service without any refund for what I have paid.
The Ios app is quite good and getting better and better everyday.
The cost is a little high; $60/month. Have to pay $10 more per month for monthly vs. $600/ year-($50/month).
I also like the educational aspect. Lot's of how-to videos, flow charts and best practices.I am impressed how well it integrates with all other tools out there.
We are missing integration with other social platforms such as Facebook, Xing and Instagram.
My experience has been good, the software is very easy to use and with good support. It has helped me a lot in the prospecting process.
What I really don't like about Breakcold is the lack of a more extensive user interface customization option.
The best feature is the ability to add an unlimited number of team members, enabling them to assist with the work. M also a big fan of the stuff the founder shares.
We've always seen LI as the place to spend our time connecting and prospecting. But before our efforts were always chaotic and hard to track (we created spreadsheets, but never really used them well).
We started using Breakcold as one of the tools when we launched our Leadgen program internally (before that we had to outsource). We very happy with the quality of leads, customer support was amazing.
Can't think of any right now, we're still learning new tips and tricks that they have up their sleeves.

It's a efficient tool for saving time and everything is just at a glance. Very user friendly, and it enables the whole team to come together and just share all the information. Using Map My Customer was very simple and efficient to use. The best part is if you have any problem with it, you can just plug into their customer service. They're there to help you, they walk you through. The team has accessibility to it as well, so any questions you can learn as an individual, or you can learn as a team. It's very easy to use the app. It is very user friendly, and it works out really well whether you're super techy or a novice at it. It's the simplicity, and the customer support is just so beneficial in being able to succeed with the product. My recommendation if you're just considering, is go ahead, use the free trial. They allow you to have it. It helps you get familiarized with what the product is. I would definitely recommend it. Again, it's better than the old notebook and pen, or even putting the information in your laptop or in your phone. Everything is there, it's concise. And the best part is that it's easily accessible by the management and you can also share it with the other people in your team. And I just think it helps with success and it's just a very, very easy product to use.
