WorkTango works with organizations from hundreds, to hundreds of thousands of employees that are mainly located in North America.

The comparison features were great - saved me from having to manually manipulate the data in order to gain perspective.
I noticed some of my colleagues would give each other points just for the hell of it, or because the points were about to expire by the end of the month.
I have used another similar program at a previous job that wasn’t as user friendly. I love the set up of Kazoo and the access to so many great rewards.
Sometimes difficult to find a user/employee by name in the search field.
The customer service I get from them is awesome, they are always eager to help me use the tool better, introduce new features, and make sure I'm getting the most out of my subscription.
The workflow isn't as intuitive. We switched over from Reflektive, which had employee complaints, but the workflow wasn't really much better than Reflektive.
The platform is easy to use, offers exceptional features like the ability to acknowledge employees' comments and respond to them while respecting their anonymity. Great service and people.
Occasional difficulty logging in. Could use some simpler icons for the likert scale.
Teams love the feedback loop, to learn about what other think and cheer. As a manager it helps me prioritize activities to get maximum happiness effect.
Sometimes we can go a couple weeks with only 2-3 responses out of a 25+ group, which is somewhat disappointing.
Happiness survey and happiness trends were quite useful to see the general morale in the organisation.
The onboarding literature is poor. Not detailed enough and not visually simple and clear.
The monthly question of how happy are you at work is good to get an overview. Having "Cheers for Peers" is a great way to get your staff thanking each other and improving morale.
I believe the reason our organization stopped using TINYpulse was due to cost.
I also love that it has the cheers for peers option that allows you to give props and recognition to a co-worker. They layout is very clean and user friendly.
Some of our employees complained that they felt like their feedback wasn't always confidential.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
