License is very costly which hinders the use of it by everyone.
The best thing about this product is its ease of use. It's so easy to pick up, and so versatile that anyone can benefit from it.
I dislike how it can be at time cumbersome when one creates complex workflows that take over an hour to load just once.

Easy to use and understand and the customer service was very helpful and responsive. But most of all great value for money.
My only complaint is the invoices do not reflect the title of the scrape which makes it difficult to reconcile when there are many crawlers with the same pricing.
They have an excellent team of engineers and great account management. All your questions are always answered and any issue is troubleshooted with promptness.
Very occasionally, there'll be a snag in the data in terms of it all not being there, or a file looking weird.
Responsive customer support and a diligent team that strives to provide the best output - will highly recommend.
Additionally if there are any mistakes in the data set, it often takes a few days to rectify.
