I dislike how it can be at time cumbersome when one creates complex workflows that take over an hour to load just once.

In older versions, the software would crash occasionally. There were also connection problems.

Segfaults are not out of the ordinary and it can be incredibly frustrating to lose where you are at in your work.

The Compare feature can be somewhat confusing to use.
The Schema analysis also its useful to help clean up and normalize the NoSQL database, which sometimes has old properties on it.
Expensive, sometimes migrations crash and you have to use another tool.
