As a contractor uploading my data for all my clients: It is very user friendly and easily manageable to connect to new clients and complete required information to be approved.
From vague emails and phone calls (if you can get them on the phone)... to disconnected clients, and outrageous bills.
Easier to use than that of it's competitors like ISNetworld. Customer service is knowledgeable and works to actively help solve any problems that may occur.
Exceptionally poor and frustration experience. Lack of customer support, nil response to valid questions over invoicing.
Overall, we had an unpleasant implementation and dealing with the after affects. We have a good team of people that we work with now that have made the process better.
And provided a copy of their own as a go-by. Then disapproved it with no explanation.
The platform is fairly simple to use. That is literally the only good thing to say.
I questioned the excess charge and asked how the fee was calculated. The reply was that there are many points that determine pricing so no support of charges was given.
Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.
So far these products have not worked in a consistent manner. This is frustrating to many workers that after struggling to get the apps to work, now refuse to use the mobile apps at all.
From an application standpoint, I really like the Concern Reporting - great for everyday use and engagement. Instant Insights is also great for reporting both up and down.
It is overwhelming to an individual and many times you can get lost in the software because it isn’t intuitive.
Gensuite has great capability and can be customized to fit any needs. It has been a great tool for our company.
At this time I am very frustrated with the product and system.
Gensuite's ability to analyze information across a large enterprise adds value for my team. Gensuite also has great workflow capacity and wonderful customer service.
Don't spread the account managers so thin (if that is the problem?).
