Great tool, seriously, love the ease with which I can navigate through the software.
There is nothing much that one can dislike about the software.
We use it in our sales team. We are so happy and convinced with this tool and would recommend to others.
The worst part about this software is that it doesn't allow us to format and migrate text documents to third party apps.
It has saved time in managing and recording expenses, and it also gives reports that are useful for helping decide if expenses are too high, or which expenses are waiting to be paid.
I need not know book-keeping but still I can manage my books, no technical expertise needed. I just bill my clients and key in my expenses the rest is done by the software.
The ease, I like the way the roll-up things in right heads, easy to understand, like all these modules i.e., the invoicing manager, payments tracking, expense manager.
I have a small farm operation, and only have 3 regular customers that I bill monthly. The app is very convenient, however is not good value for my limited use.

The customer support is atrocious. I had two issues; resetting my user data and a screwed up connection to Stripe.

The setup process is bizarre. Only after I had received a payment, I was told they were holding my funds until I sent them my Social Security Number USING LIVE CHAT, which is absolutely insane.
I like ZipBooks feedback functionality - the ease of which you can receive reviews, and how it incorporates the most popular social media.
The most major problem is, the software doesn't connect correctly to my Credit Union. It would show a balance of 3-4 past transactions, however have ALL the transactions in there.
I don't have to create reports, ZipBooks does it all based on my chart of accounts and other information. The customer service is super fantastic and supportive.
It may be that I'm misremembering and it's just not possible to export without paying, which would also be a problem.
Cory: Hi, I'm Cory. I'm an owner. I would give Zipbooks five out of five stars, and click for more reviews below. I had lots of different accounting software before Zipbooks, and they were really complicated. And I'm not that knowledgeable on everything accounting, so having Zipbooks, it really solved that problem. It's a lot less complicated and it solves the problems that I was having with those other software. I chose Zipbooks because it was simple to use. It had exactly the reports that I needed to file my taxes. I can also take payments, send invoices, and everything you would need to do with an invoicing and bookkeeping software without all of the additional hassle of going through traditional accounting terminology and trying to figure out where this is and what this is called. Everything's really simple and easy to follow, and they had a great price point. Zipbooks was really easy to begin with and it only took a couple of minutes to get set up. There was a lot of customization I could do later, but to send my first invoice, it was a couple of minutes. For someone thinking about getting Zipbooks, definitely check it out. It's easy to set up and it's very inexpensive for a small business owner or anyone like that. I would recommend Zipbooks for anyone using any other type of payment processor, like Square or Stripe, because it integrates really well. And I would just say check it out, see if it works for you, and just have fun with it.
