CStore Essentials vs Epos Now: Which is a better fit?

They have a wonderful onboarding process where they hold your hand through the installation and setup. I highly recommend this program as it is a complete system.

Because of the owner's DAD, hell of a nice person and used to be very personalized service. Thinking about changing, hate do to it all again after this long period, but have no choice.

This software helps us to track our sales much faster and easier than before. I also like the price - its very affordable.

They had mess up in one department and that is their customer service. I mean really if you know that you had cover everything in your software and such an unprofessional service.

I would say they have done an awesome job creating this software, I mean they have paid attention to all the detail work that, as an owner want in a software.

When creating custom price or promo groups, you can not edit existing names or delete duplicates, which is EXTREMELY annoying.

I absolutely love Espos now. It has an amazing back office, tons of report options and very easy to use as a manager.

Since, the beginning I had many technical problems and problems with the support team. Once accidentally, they've deleted all my sales and product data during trading.

The system is very easy to use and is super user friendly. Customizable dashboards were a big plus as well.

I've run several small businesses for the past 30 years and this is absolutely the worst software decision I've made, the platform and support are just horrible.

Been a functional system for my Golf Simulator business with great processing fee rates and the customer service has been very good.

Overall, my experience with EPos Now has been a disaster from start to finish. Poor customer service, buggy software, and deceptive pricing make them a company I would strongly advise anyone to avoid.

Dreadful and extremely costly. Possibly the worst in over 30 years of working in Epos.
