This does everything that we needed in a nice clean layout. Very user friendly and useful for any organization.
Difficult to integrate and linking and security remain a problem.
We use helpsite.io for all of our product needs from web applications to mobile applications. We love the simplicity of it and the ease for updating our documentation within the the site.
Integration is a bit of a hassle. Redesigning the page layout for individual websites is a pain for non tech folks.
HelpSite allowed us to create a nice looking FAQ page to accompany our main website with relative ease and great results.
The subject line FAQ searching is fairly accurate most of the time, but for some keywords and phrases too many results are returned which can be confusing to some novice clients.
Staff love having a quick answer to their questions and have told me how useful this software has been.
The only thing I noticed is there’s no much things to customize.
I enjoy the easy-to-use interface and capacity for editing. I like the ease with which I can add papers/documents to the program.
The main issue is in organizing citations because users cannot upload a paper directly into a folder, so there is a risk of misplacing it.
I love its reader platform —so comfortable for reading, highlighting and making annotations. The citation system works seamlessly with Google docs.
My biggest complaint is that you cannot search the text of papers.
