Esper excels at Android Device Management, at a fair price. They are super responsive and have a great customer support team, the dev team is second to none.
The lack of follow-up from the sales representative, especially after significant financial commitments were made, added a layer of disappointment to the experience.
The visibility into the user experience is great and we love the ability to see what the user is seeing on their devices.
Took a lot of time and effort to get the full whitelist for our firewall. Initial provisioning kept failing due to incomplete whitelist.
Esper perfectly fulfills our needs (centralized management of mobile devices in our company) in a user-friendly way and at a very competitive price. We signed a contract after the trial period.
Sometimes the app updates constantly fails for no reason. Need more features in Esper SDK.
Esper is a great tool to improve our support success when helping our customers.
As of right now, it is clunky and confusing to use.
Its ease of implementation, very friendly interface with a very good user experience, having formidable support from its technical specialists.
The process of getting profiles onto the phones is cumbersome with many steps and if you do something wrong during the process you have to wipe the device and start over. That was a bit frustrating.
Still a very robust product: what it does, it does it well. Great customer support, you will get in touch with a real person in a matter of seconds and they are very knowledgeable about their product.
Tracking functionality does not work to well without the client installed on the device.
We are very happy with the service and cost, this has been a great help to our company in managing our devices.
Can not enroll Android non Samsung devices, some Samsung devices complain that speaker stops working on device when enroll.
I love that there is a free tier that allows us to give the tool a great trial and that it helps out a lot of organizations that need something simple.
Not sure if that's a problem with my configuration, the device or Miradore, but it can be an issue.
Philip T.: My name is Phil. I am the business operations manager for Step Forward Support, a small care provider in the UK, and I give Miradore five stars. Using any of the software before choosing Miradore, we had introduced handheld devices for our remote staff and needed a way to manage them. So we looked at what was available on the market and selected Miradore. Looked at what was available on the market at the time, which was a few years ago, and Miradore seemed to offer the best user interface for someone who wasn't using this kind of software already. So it seemed quite intuitive and easy to use, and as I was going to be managing the software, it needed to have those things for me. Onboarding was really easy. I found the online help files really useful. Setting up the first device was quite straightforward, and after that it was just plain sailing. I'd recommend Miradore. I used it as someone with a bit of IT experience, but by no means an expert. I find it really easy and intuitive to set up and manage quite a large number of remote devices across our company.
