I like the integration with all the suite of Zoho products and its esaines to bend all apps to fit my requirements. The support is outstanding, like having an expert sitting right at my side.
It took weeks for them to decide that Shopify was the problem. They told me Shopify was blocking the export of the data.
It's been good so far, I plan on giving it my best try as my company has not had a very solid inventory system up until this point.
If a store has thousands of products, does Zoho really think we're gonna upload one by one. Onboarding is weird, there are no offical steps that address the potential of the software.
I love the ability to create invoices and sales orders and purchase orders all in one place while managing my inventory. I also love the flexibility in creating templates.

Subscription based licensing is a disappointing part of it.

We were having problems ensuring we had adequate quantities of parts for projects -- and often wasting money buying parts that we already had stored in a box somewhere.
Free version is feature rich, good enough for a beginner hobbyist.
No option to pay for a reasonable monthly hobbyist tier.
