Mountain Stream Bakery Software vs meez: Which is a better fit?

All the fixes and improvements to the system have been great too, the flexibility the system gives you is great and it is still evolving, even better.

Reduced mistake in the production. Reduced stress in our employees in handling orders manually.

The product is fantastic, and the people at Mountain Stream are even better. We like that we are able to get a response from someone at Mountain Stream easily at any times of the day.

So far I have not identified a feature that I dislike.

Their support is always excellent and the system is always evolving to improve an already excellent product.

Although I find it intuitive, we do struggle with some of our staff, as they find using software difficult.

So relieved and happy to finally have found such a powerful and easy to use software that is right for us on so many levels.

So far, very little has been problematic , as long as you understand the point of it , it is not an entire POS system but specifically for production management & invoicing.

It is very easy to use, and looks great on both mobile and desktop. The ability to upload photos and videos for individual steps is great for sharing steps with the team.

The printing & exporting to PDF is a pain. There is no way of sorting alphabetically for print which makes it pain to organize.

I love that our staff already can't seem to live without it. I am extremely grateful for how easy it is for them to use.

I have a link more than an app on my phone which was confusing at the beginning. Now I just click and it loads.

Easy to input & use the recipes. The word feature is awesome, and it has brought a fair deal of consistency in terms of the preparation to the kitchen team.

For example, we never use the recipes tab. It contains every recipe ever made and we have everything broken down in sections so it just makes it more confusing fo the teams in the kitchens.

The product is continually being enhanced, and I love using it. This product has and will save me and my team many hours.

There are still a lot of limitations to how you add and convert ingredients. I don't find their conversion and yield modifiers intuitive and they lack the educational resources on their site to learn.
