SendPulse has been a useful tool in the creation of a bot to filter the subscribers of my business's channel. The ease in which to customise anything has been a big benefit to my team and I.
It seemed strange that some of our e-mails were blocked by SendPulse, even though they were not spam.
It would pop up on the dashboard with quirky messages like "Let's create magic together!" and "Time to sparkle your marketing. It added a fun and whimsical touch to the whole marketing experience.
Team of support are very useless and disrespectful, they pretend to help and do nothing. While we have received official list of conference participants they have blocked our campaign for no reason.
Its simple user interface and great deliverability makes it one of the best email marketing tool of this industry. It is also well integrated with SMS service which is a great tool for me.
You need to take filters very seriously. If I configure mailing in SendPulse incorrectly, most messages will be sent to spam.

Importing from your existing email marketing provider can be a headache as tags can't be programmatically added in the CSV. Or am I missing something here.

They are missing some ecommerce integrations and they don't have Thrive Leads integration YET. However, from what I've read on their Facebook group, they are working hard to get those as well.
The segmentation options and ability to send targeted emails based on a customer's behavior is amazing. The options allows focused follow-up and actions tailored to each customer.
I miss some integrations. With ThriveCart for example, and Wordpress.
Great Dashboard analytics - you get to see your growth of users by the day. This is great to forecast where you will be in a years time.
Another requirement is for detailed statistics. If you are used to detailed statistics in your existing marketing automation tool then you may be disappointed.

I will give SendPulse a five out of five, because it is so helpful and it's definitely revolutionizing the way I work. So before I was using SendPulse and using the automations, I was manually managing the conversation. And I think that there's nothing similar right now that offers the same things as it does with SendPulse. So far, it has been my number one option. When I got started with SendPulse, I admit that I was a bit overwhelmed because they has so many options to choose from. But you choose one of the special tailored options such as automating conversation, everything seems so easy because it's all in the same place. So that is one of the aspects that I like the most. I'm still getting myself in the works of learning the entire environment, because it has so much to offer. So far, I'm working with conversations and automated checks, but I'm getting there. One of the things I would recommend, first thing is if you could get ChatGPT API for SendPulse. It works amazingly well, and it saves a lot of time, especially if you want to program the old bot. If you use ChatGPT, you just do a one step thing and then to get everything at work. That amazed me, because in other services I worked at, it required another work to get that set up. So I'm happy I got that option, and that's the first thing I will highlight.
