VibeCatch vs Quantum Workplace: Which is a better fit?

The survey functionality has been great, and [sensitive content hidden] and her support team has been great at supporting our team through our first (for the group) employee engagement survey.

Also, from our staff's perspective, the language used to describe each icon is offensive (e.g. disengaged). So, we have had to customize the icons for all of our PowerPoint slides.

As an HR professional, my favorite part about using Quantum is the client support. Our Customer Success Manager is fantastic, responsive, efficient, and fully engaged with the work.

Cons: Direct reports not in alpha order, shy of action plan reporting summary.

I have loved the team, their wisdom, their professionalism and willingness to support us in every way. This platform stood out from the other 3 that we also reviewed and we are satisfied.

So often goals are forgotten as soon as they are turned in, this system makes employees and managers accountable for goals that are set and need to be met.

The software is easy to use, and is the customer responsibility to make the most our of it. We are very happy with our decision.

There have been some bugs with the product that have caused some frustration with our team. However, once we let the team know, they are quick to respond to help provide a fix.
