Jolt is built to help businesses who employ deskless workers. This includes businesses like restaurants, theme parks, hotels, zoos & aquariums, car washes, doctor's offices, retail stores, and more.
Deputy serves the following industries; hospitality, retail, event, healthcare, construction, teaching, childcare, security, service and any other industries that have a need to manage hourly workers.
I cannot express how important good customer service is to me, and they have definitely earned my loyalty with this quality.
Accountability for completing those checklists was a constant battle. We were literally throwing money in the trash when checklist items were missed or ignored.
I like that this helps eliminate the paper in the store and requiring the manager's to "proof" every little part when they are busy managing the shift. Time-stamps are wonderful.
It would get lost or just not even send. There should just be a way for us to preset a password for the employee and once they log in it asks them to reset it.
It's as if I am there with them to ensure it gets done. This is probably the best product that I have used to ensure our systems are completed 100%, Jolt is worth every penny.
Changing availability has been difficult for my team. They will enter information and it will disappear.
Our team is so happy that we decided to get started with Jolt, and we're even more excited to see how it's going to benefit our store.
Now we have pens and there is no questioning who prepared an item, when or at what point it expires.
On top of this it gives great information on both individual, location and total staff costs, which is very useful when planning for the future.
Sometimes lags in the data makes it difficult to clock time accurately. Also transferring incident reports could be made easier.
Deputy has been the best in delivering their promises. Their interface is amazing and simple to use.
I truly get frustrated when it automatically adds your 30 min break if you did not take one.
It just has made the scheduling of staff and time sheet records so quick and easy. The team continuous improvements of the package is fantastic, already making an awesome package better.
Intergrating other financial applications was difficult.
This is just great software to manage staff scheduling it's just so easy. It has some great reports for costings too.
You have to pay a monthly fee for yourself as an admin user even if you don't input any of your shift info into Deputy and there is also a minimum spend which they only mention in the small print.
Shane: I'm Shane. I am a property manager in the real estate industry and would give Jolt a five out of five, hands down. Before using Jolt, we used binders and paper, and it looked into different task management solutions, such as Asana and various property management tools. Jolt had extremely well-designed digital checklists that we were able to use to help manage our properties and our portfolio, and to do cleaning checks and maintenance schedules and just handle the entire process of all the tasks that we needed to do as property managers. Implementing Jolt was super easy. It was fairly hands-off. The software was really intuitive. So we were able to just go in and create digital checklists and set the schedules that we needed to do those. And from there, the system just ran. It was really easy. You can't go wrong with Jolt. They do way more than just digital checklists. There's a million different things that you can leverage Jolt for, and the only thing that limits how you can use it really is your imagination and how you set it up. Jolt has phenomenal customer service as well. So if you ever have questions or needs, they have a world-class team that'll put their hands in and take good care of you, and that's the biggest thing that you won't get with other systems. You're going to go through headaches of implementation, dozens of hours trying to just set it up, and then in the end, you're going to try and get ahold of a person and not have any help or assistance. Jolt is the complete opposite.
