Overall great, nice user interface and easy to use. I like how easy and reliable the service always is. I can quickly get a clean list in matter of a few steps.
If the uploaded file is garbage, unreadable, or in some way not what is expected, there should be some warning that the file could not be parsed correctly and for the user to try again.
I have to say that with how easy their service is to use, the awesome customer service and the fact that the verifier didn't take that long to check my list was great.
The site has trouble processing lists sometimes, such as errors of not being able to detect the file type.
Aside from the super clean and uncomplicated setup and layout of this app, I think the best thing of all is the prices.
When uploading a csv file, the results are hit or miss. (In my case, a complete miss.).

I wasn't sure how the reports looked on the interface at first, but they fixed the problem and everything appears to be working properly now.
What I liked most about this product was the overall good quality of the results. You can clean your list of emails and have it back within a matter of minutes.
Catch-all emails detection isn't upto the mark. Customer service response time could be lowered.

Prior to making the decision to move forward with an account with HuBuCo, we manually scrubbed emails and managed our database, which was very laborious and time-consuming. Ultimately, it made a lot of sense for us to use HuBuCo's service because of their platform and efficiencies that they built into it. Some of the reasons why we chose HuBuCo, aside from the price, was their level of customer service and support. Of course, the pricing did play a role in the decision, but they present themselves as a very fair organization and platform for the sole purpose of scrubbing bulk email lists. We found it very easy to start with HuBuCo's platform, due in part to the simple and easy-to-navigate user interface, a simple process of uploading a CSV file and letting their software do what it does best, is to validate the email addresses. We took a moderate amount of time to compare different platforms, and ultimately made a decision to move forward with HuBuCo because of pricing and customer service. If your company has a marketing arm or entity or division that uses bulk emails for e-blast marketing, this is a very affordable solution that is easy to get up to speed with. We highly recommend it. I personally highly recommend using HuBuCo.
