MentorcliQ vs Brancher: Which is a better fit?

The software was a great tool that was used when creating the partnership. The questions that were asked really did a wonderful job on pairing me with the perfect mentee.

We had a problem with my mentee's account after they transitioned to an employee from an outside user.

Customer support has been outstanding. Tracking and ease of mentor management is fantastic.

Especially during holidays, we may not have been able to meet up, and I don't want to write something fake for that time. I'd much rather just be able to skip the month.

Team members value appreciate the ease of use and functionality, while administrators appreciate the ability to customize and measure their programs.

The inability to attach documents to scheduled mentor and mentee emails causes extra work.

The monthly and ad hoc reporting tools are intuitive and provide great insights when pulling data for team or executive meetings. Amazing and responsive services team.

I would like to be able to store all the conversations separately but maybe I missed something.

I have only had positive experiences in dealing with the Brancher team and am happy to recommend Brancher to others.

I find the interface a bit confusing. The note-taking system isn't the most user-friendly either.

Calendar alignment to n book meetings was a problem.

We liked the fact that it can be delivered online and is supported by a portal that is easily accessed and shared between the mentee and mentor.

Their continuous investment in the platform improvements was clear with new features like talking prompts in meeting requests helping me get the most out of the experience.
