Kerri: Hi, my name's Kerri. I am the Senior Learning & Development Program Manager at Gannett Media, and I give MentorcliQ a five on a scale of one to five. We use MentorcliQ to match mentors and mentees within enterprise programs for large programs that include new hires, bringing them on board to learn about the company, to career development programs, to even small divisional programs that are targeted more specifically. But the platform matches our people seamlessly using factors that we could never do in a manual process. I love using MentorcliQ for two huge reasons. One is the platform is seamless to use, very intuitive, very easy. And secondly, their customer service, their partnership, their client connection is unparalleled with many of the vendors I've used in my career. They know what it means to be a true partner. The one thing I wish I could get out of MentorcliQ more is a more seamless process for communications. Meaning they have a teams connector, but we haven't accessed it yet. It's not that easy to access. It costs more money for us, but I do think that would add value. I wish it was all included in a package so that we could seamlessly communicate with the mentors and mentees throughout the process a little bit easier.
