It's easy to use hasa great exercise library it's also visually great. Clients understand it easy and great nutrition and exercise plans.
They are extremely difficult to deal with, and when requesting a refund for the year of product I will no longer be using, I have been denied and ignored.
This software is fantastic, much better than mind body that I was previously using and much more affordable for a sole trader.
I HATE that the software spits out macronutrients for you and you can only tick 3 different boxes to make a difference.
The pricing is extremely competitive for other personal training software out there. Customization on exercises and workout templates are clean and is a great addition.
Does not work on desktop version and hard to find on mobile app.
Flexibilty, good easy to access nutrition info on what they are logging which is a huge plus. It's nice to be able to assign clients workouts when they go out of town or I do, so super huge.
There are no options for different foods within a meal plan eg X or this, it is just one set plan which I find frustrating. You cannot change the start dates on the clients programme once they start.
Finally, I love the fact that the developers and support team welcome user feedback to help make the system better.
D were supposed to be teaching our patients about proper nutrition, this is a crucial feature that is missing. Clients have no clue what there kcals level is for each meal nor the macros of each meal.
It is a good platform, but very similar to others in the market, however a differentiator is the mobile mobile platform for customers, helps loyalty.
I need to add Arabic to the language my patients complain the can read English ... this make me stop use the app for them. Also the app not show the patient information.
Gives you appropriate kcals. I love how easy it is to use and how you are easily able to send meal plans directly to the client.
The software is missing a major feature- kcals/macros displayed on the menu for the client. It shows when you are making the menu, but not when you send it.
Good organisation, nice colours and lot of abilities.
The user is unaware of the kcal and macronutrient content of each dish.
Shane B.: Hi, my name is Shane. I'm a CEO. For My PT Hub, I would give it four out of five stars. For more reviews like this, you can click the link below. So one of the other softwares I considered was Trainerize when I ended up going with My PT Hub. At the end of the day, the price point was the big differentiating factor for me, and so I ended up going with My PT Hub over Trainerize. I went with My PT Hub because it was a really all inclusive platform. One of the things that really appealed to me was the white labeling aspects of it. It was kind of important to me that my brand was facing forward to the clients, and it offered that. Not only that, it offered a white labeling app option as well to where you could truly take their app, but white label it with your own icon and fave icons. The platform itself as far as from a personal trainer standpoint is excellent. You could do meal plans, workout programs, everything within there. You could create different packages for clients and bundles. It just really was generally a good all inclusive package. Getting started with My PT Hub was relatively easy. They kind of walk you through the process. It's typical with most platforms, especially in the SaaS world as far as you have to put in your basic info, upload your images and such. But all in all, it was a pretty simple process on getting it integrated and getting it up and going. The app itself, if you wanted to white label the app, it did take a little bit longer, but the process wasn't really harder. It was just more of a time thing. All right, so if you're considering using My PT Hub, I would say definitely go give it a shot. It's an excellent platform. Nowadays, as you probably know if you're watching this video, the fitness industry is getting pretty heavily utilized on the internet, and My PT Hub really helps to bridge that gap between you and clients. I would use it for both virtual clients as well as in-person clients because I could push their workouts to them ahead of time, track their meal plans and everything else. So all in all, it's a great app for personal trainers.
