The only downside I can think of is the software does not unable you to make changes to working patterns throughout the leave year.

It's really easy to use, all the tools are well explained. The support team is wonderful, always there to help.
Rigidity is certain areas, lack of customization, Some UI is just bad (Availability).
Its ease of use and scalability are quite good. It is easy to adapt to changing needs.
The reports are little bit limited and there is no chat session available for the team. The open shifts cannot be shared/exchanged between people with the team at the moment.
Overall it’s good once you get used of it. Will definitely recommend.
The additional logon and off option , no need for that.
Quick to access the key information- Responsive. Little to no lag on both PC and mobile app despite the great amount of data- Great filtering options to pinpoint key information.
