It's a great tool to track team member's time off/vacation into a single place, much better than excel sheets. It's a great tool and the only thing to improve is to add more customization.
The only downside I can think of is the software does not unable you to make changes to working patterns throughout the leave year.

Email and mobile notifications might be delayed during travelling, it will be pain for the employee to get the leave confirmed.

It has some trouble scheduling time off in the middle of the day, say the last 1/2 of a day. Some times it takes many attempts to make the time correct.
I love how easy it is to use the interface and request time off. I also love how you have the ability to view who has taken a day off or who is not in the office and for what reason.
There are no things you don't like in this software.
