PaySimple vs BoomFi: Which is a better fit?

There have been many helpful changes to PS over the past 2-3 yrs that have made the system better, more efficient, and more user friendly. The support staff has been a pleasure to work with.

I've been fighting with them to return our money and they simply are so inept at their own billing that they can't get our return processed. Horrible company, Horrible customer service.

And it is very simple to use and they have good customer care. And the graph system is very friendly it easily helps us to track our payments.

Terrible customer service. Unsure of mobile presence, they seem to have multiple apps for the same thing published.

Customer service is the best, all representatives I've spoken with are ready and willing to help me as fast as possible with positive attitudes and pleasant people.

14 mo later I called in June of 2014 to cancel any charges to my account because I simply never used their service.

Great service to use, and very user friendly. They also have great customer service if help is needed.

AND THAT is when PaySimple becomes a real pain. You see, because unlike other payment processors they will not release your customers credit card data to another payment processing firm.

I love BoomFi for it's an all-in-one payment solution and I can seamlessly integrate it for my crypto to fiat settlements and also paying my metered bills. It is an easy platform to use.

The only thing that lacks is that the transaction fee should be percentage based because for small payments the amount charged is a bit high.

It can be a great option for businesses that want to accept cryptocurrency payments. It is easy to use, secure, and offers a wide range of features.

Difficult for a new user to use it. The name boomfi is not telling anything abt the product.

The support team was excellent. It's fantastic that we can effortlessly collect payments from various cryptocurrencies.

The amount paid for tiny purchases is a bit excessive, thus the only thing that's missing is that the transaction cost should be % based.

The necessary encryption ensures the process is completed without any confusion. I appreciated the easy access to records and real-time notifications, which help us stay updated effortlessly.
