I love the customer support. ShipMonk calls their customer reps, "Happiness Engineers." These Happiness Engineers are knowledgeable, on-site, courteous and always reachable.
Packages being lost regularly. Don't refund the shipping/handling cost for the lost packages.
The thing that I like the most about ShipMonk is the ability to connect to many fulfillment companies and find the one that has the best price to my customer.
This is a complete SCAM. This mistake happened to have cost us over $15,000, and shipmonk/Monkprotect refuses to pay on the claims that they made the mistake on(which they have admitted too).

And as with every bad company, LEAVING and STOPPING the relationship has been a very long, tedius and PAINFUL experience.

Every single part of the cycle has been horrendus, horrible, tiring and filled with mistakes from ShipMonk's end.
The LTL functionality is fantastic and our LTL customers seem to like it. I also like the reporting features.
The tracking system not working properly has been a big miss for us.
We like the ability to duplicate order quickly and to have our favorite shipments saves for future use. We like how easy it is to add access Orioles and input cost and billing.
At what point does that stop and TIA or AKKR do the right thing. I don't know that I'm going to be as willing to eat the loss on these FedEx ones.
There is a lot of great aspects to this system. The back office is very robust and full of information, some of our customers really feel it is one of the best TMS platforms out there.
It could be useful if more tools for FTL are developed and also a feature where you can make a complaint regarding a bad carrier.
I am happy with the software and customer service. M excited to see what new advances you have in store to help streamline even better and faster.
I have only been working with this program for a week know. It would be unfair for me to comment on this as of yet.
