Qooling vs Ideagen DevonWay: Which is a better fit?

It is a great way to integrate all different quality systems in to one. It helps to create a support base, from management to the workfloor.

In the reports I miss an option to choose a complaint reason form a set list to use in the analysis section.

Its easy to use for everyone so its a great added value for our quality and safety system.

So many, you don't always know of figure what all option mean or how they work. An explanation of options is missing.

It is easy to use, clear and easy to add new information. If we have suggestions to improve the software for our organization, they are seriously listened to and contributed to.

When you use Qooling on a tablet, you need to use a tablet with Android or Apple OS. There is no app for tablets with Microsoft OS.

Great support and pro active approach to help you get the most out of the software.

Including set up and managing rejection database.

I am able to manage my corrective actions and provide oversight to any outstanding activities. We are able to trend and measure based on how many date changes occurred to help improve our planning.

I guess if I were to have to write something that I dislike about the software that would be that I dislike changes in the software functionality. I personally dislike updates to the software.

User interface can be confusing. Those who don't use it frequently have difficulty figuring out what's being asked of them, or how to find what they're looking for.

The technical and sales teams are wonderful. DevonWay is very willing to help customize the software to the customer's needs and exact specifications.

Fewer calls from end-users that do not know how to use the product or mess something up.

Devonway is easy to navigate. We utilize it for safe worker observations, and it has excellent reporting capability.

The applications to iPhone are just being developed, and sometimes in that application are difficult to navigate in.
