Fast and flexible digital rewards and incentive platform. Giftbit is a free, elegant solution for any business or school to offer rewards and incentives. Many automation and sending options available.
We make it simple for anyone to send rewards and incentives on-demand, in bulk, or automatically via API integration. We support small programs to the largest, scaled programs with reliable products.
Love that I can download links and send email myself. Love the fact that the recipient can have an option on what gift they want from three choices, if I set it up that way.
This company is a complete scam and their customer service is useless.
We can effectively improve the reward program by monitoring the gift card delivery and redemption.
The template is rigid and has awkward wording built in ("[Company name] sent you an offer"), which does not relate to 90% or more of our actual sends.
I love the simplicity of the platform and how easy it is to send our clients gift cards. I also like the reporting feature.
Too bad that you can't choose your own amounts for certain vendors, only fixed.
Overall great - ease of use and efficiency were amazing with the automations and templates.
The lack of gift choices, inability to send internationally, and the contact import isn't very user-friendly.
The loyalty program and rewards management functionalities are also impressive, giving me the flexibility to design and implement a program that aligns with the specific needs of my organization.
I've had a couple emails from tango go to my spam folder but I believe that was the only problem I've had.
It is a easy way to receive e-gift card rewards. I also had a time I had to speak to their customer service, and they were super helpful and resolved my issue quickly.
What i dislike sometimes about this software is that it has the tendency to not even be able to work or just not be redeemed-able.
The implementation and sales experience was seamless and we have had great feedback of switching to doing gift card recognitions this way from our employees.
Confusing at first since I've never downloaded before.
I love the easy feature of being able to choose whatever way you would like to get paid recieving your gift rewards.
As many sites there is a limitation to how many giftcards they have.
Jessie: Hi everyone. My name is Jessie and I am a digital content marketing for a small-size software company and I give Tango a five out of five review. So Tango Card came into my company because we built a... Actually myself, I built a employee appreciation program and we needed a way to be able to provide gift cards for our customers. I mean, for our employees. We didn't want to have to do a manual process, so we needed something to automate and provide a flexibility of options so people wouldn't be limited to a particular type of a recognition. So Tango came in and was able to provide a pretty straightforward solution without any out-of-pocket expense for us to be able to fund an account and provide automated links to have the individual employees be able to select which incentive they would like to receive. What I like most about Tango Card is it's very flexible and very simple to use. It was a write in the blank solution and it's a seamless interface with simple to click instructions. And once you have funds installed, you can go ahead and automatically start distributing them and scheduling them ahead of time so you don't have to do it on the moment. You can go ahead and schedule things ahead of time for you to be able to have your months planned out. So it's just a seamless integration and write in the blank solution without any difficulty having to configure and set things up. Well, I don't know if something that I would change, but something I'm looking forward to the most is the expandability to currency converters. So because this tool can be used... What do you call... Outside the US, and as it's slowly expanding to be able to convert currencies to other countries, I'd like to be able to see that option roll out sooner, just because, as we're working with various customers and even employees, that ability to be able to give somebody in another country this option, to be able to incentivize them, is very cool because we don't have to worry about the currency exchange. Everything is just done on the backend through Tango.
