I really like that the software is reliable and responsive with customer service. Not only do the people at PeopleG2 respond to you, they also generally give you good feedback on your question.
Sometimes the charges are not listed clearly or accurately leaving us wondering about details. Or sometimes charges are missed that an applicant mentions to me.
The thing I like most about this software is how easy it is to look up candidates. In addition, I love how we can chat a researcher at any time and we will receive response directly to our email.
My least favorite feature is that when there is a charge that is posted and tells you there is going to be a charge, its difficult and hard to find what or where the charge(s) is.
Easy customization of the pre adverse and adverse letters to applicants. The team is extremely friendly, and I love being able to make changes at any point during the process.
It is a little difficult to decipher where the charges are located and you have to really look for it as it is not clearly stated or easy to find.

Using Dayforce helps keep track of when and who is showing up to each event. So when a brand ambassador is there, they will clock that time. When they leave, they clock that time. And any additional hours would also be clocked, including any type of market research like demographics, geographics, and the standard area of time that was used in the location of the event. Thing I like most about Dayforce, is that it's pretty easy to use. There's not a lot of training involved. And at the end of the year, you can simply go in and get your tax return. You wouldn't even need to print it, because you'll have it right there. The thing I like least about Dayforce, is it's too easily manipulated. So if you're using it on a mobile in a browser, if you go back, you would have to input all the information for a time card again. I find that really annoying. I feel like it should automatically save and it should be a little more user-friendly at this point. I have been using Dayforce for a really long time. And I think personally that it was easier to use before it became a huge brand.
