I've had a wonderful experience using Pepperi, once you get the hang of using the website it's super easy to set things up. For your own site and amend as and when you see fit.
Sometimes strange things happen when there are updates and implementing new things can be difficult if you don't have an IT dept. information on products is difficult to read.
Functionality is great, can do lots of things and extract lots of information easy to use, looks great. Customers find it easy to use so enjoy the process.
Terrible customer service. Will not respond to repeated requests (dozens and dozens) by phone call and email.
It is so nice to work with a software developer that is motivated to be consistently improving their product and is so supportive of their customers.

The fact that Honeybee is always willing to help and can import our pictures in bulk across all branches is amazing.
The only problem we have is sometime we cant take photos is you in a bad signal store. Can you tell us what we can do to overcome the problem.
A fantastic tool that allows me to help my sales team boost their sales.
E.g., sales order or audit. It does not report on forms strike rate or tasks etc.
This is a great app to help you and your compony to see daily what your sales team is up to.
I don't specifically have any dislikes, it's just there are a lot of updates but that comes with any app if you want to fix bugs.
