My overall experience has been positive. This remote desktop solution has proven to be reliable and easy to use in all of my interactions with it.

Sometimes the keyboard gets messed up while taking over the screen.

I like the Cost- and the ease of use of this tool. I started with using the prepaid version and later on used the subscription, the change to the latter product was seamless, Excellent.

Using the software on a Apple device is a pain.

We were pleased to have a super-quick onboarding with ISL, with good support and guides to getting things setup and secured approaching.

We had problems using rdp connection using a Mac osx client.

Relatively easy to deploy and use and it is reliable and convenient. The ability to configure it for secure Remote Desktop Access is important.

Have to pay extra to login to more than one device.

I have been very happy with the service and have recommended our satellite locations to adopt this system.

Supervised mode can be disabled by the user but it's a limitation of Apple itself.

The superb customer service means that training and roll out of this product is simple and easy, meaning that the work load of mobile device management can be shared safely.

Some parents misunderstood the system and had privacy concerns.

The layout allows the user to clearly see the features and activate them. The support is excellent and the team are very friendly and technically savvy.

The app has excellent features which allows the school and parental control over the child's device.
