Mark S.: Hi. My name's Mark. I'm the VP here. I'm going to be reviewing Folder Lock today, which I give a four out of five. And for more reviews like this, please click below. In comparison, with Folder Lock, we have looked at, prior to we used LastPass. Just checking into it to see the comparisons, we did find that Folder Lock was very more useful, and just liked the whole interface in the rollout of the software a little bit better in the password encryption and password protection. We've also used KeePass for passwords and other products as well, but again, Folder Lock is a very firm, solid piece of software. Folder Lock offers virtually like a trial version, and you are able to test it out. At the end of that term, you can either purchase the full version or continue on like a trial with them, which basically lets you test it out and see how you like it. You'll find the pricing is very fair with their product. They also offer secure online backups. That is an additional cost with them, but again it is a very solid project. I'm sorry, solid piece of software that allows the tool to encrypt files, folders, drives, and just make sure that we are up-to-date with security across the board. Folder Lock is very easy to roll out, virtually effortless. It's very easy to set up, and again, like I said, with the trial that you can get with them, you can sort of test it out, and once you confirm that you like it, you can upgrade. They do give you a serial number, which is also used as your master password in case you would forget your password with it. But again, very easy to roll out, very easy to use, make sure security is topnotch across the board. For Folder Lock, I would tell you to definitely test it out. Like I said, they have sort of like a trial that you can get involved with with them to see if you like it. You can have some of your colleagues, and some of your employees check it out, test it. If it does work for you, you might as well upgrade. But regardless, I think a product like Folder Lock, LastPass, is very important for our company. Encryption of files, folders, all that stuff is crucial, and making sure you have secure passwords that is locking all that stuff down is critical for our company.

Director of Children's Ministires

Andrew P.: My name is Andrew. I'm a director of Family Ministries. I give 1Password five out of five. And for more reviews like this, click below. Before we used 1Password, we used LastPass, which worked until it didn't. LastPass was clunky in terms of the user interface, and it did not have the regular schedule updates and feature improvements that we came to rely on and really appreciate about 1Password. We chose 1Password for a number of reasons. One that was very important in our context is that it is platform neutral, works well for Windows, Mac, mobile device, on whatever platform. It also has a command line interface. So there was one member of my staff who really wanted to use that, and so that was available. One other important piece was the watch tower feature. It keeps track of the potential of compromised login information wandering around the web. And that was important for us to be able to know that, not only was our information secure in 1Password, but that 1Password was actively working to keep our information secure. Plus, it was really easy to use, and folks were excited to have something that looked and felt what you would like a security app to look and feel like. Getting 1Password deployed and users onboarded was really simple. It was really easy. The one small challenge we had was related to the browser extensions, and 1Password has made significant improvements in making sure that the browser extensions are easy to install and work seamlessly. So they've made good improvements on that front. And everything else, getting it set up, was very easy. If you're considering getting 1Password, you should just do it. Go ahead, make the switch. You'll be happy that you did. One small thing to keep in mind is that what kind of pricing your organization needs can depend on how many users that you are going to want to equip with this product. For smaller organizations, a family plan may work just fine, and you also might be able to take advantage of some occasional discounts. But in general, if you're thinking about getting 1Password, go get it.
