I love the pricing model. I also love the way the software is setup in the room by room system, the way this shows on the report is awesome.

They tried to charge me for other pricing methods in between. It's so complicated to explain how they faking people off.

I am exceptionally grateful for their customer service desk which is exceptionally responsive and dependable. I really like the layout of the report as compared to many of their competitors.

Lack of speed and functionality for everyday use. Multiple app crashes errors, and delays with syncing at multiple levels and functions.

I feel like this is top drawer software with great support. I appreciate the effort that goes into this product.

The options to customize for other employees is also a downside.

Overall I think this is by far the best inspectors tool out on the market. There customer service is excellent and very helpful.

I can barely look up inspections, and forget trying to get on the website through a mobile device. The website on mobile is completely unusable.

Inspectcheck.net is great because of the formatting. It allows you to systematically inspect each home the same and reduces the chances of not inspecting any component.

Transitioning between online and offline reporting. Initially, had difficulty learning how to use offline without losing information.

I like the ease of use and how you cannot complete the report until everything has been addressed. It gives me peace of mind.

When this is the case the possibility of losing a signal is always on your mind. If a mistake is made the inspector may not be able to retrieve his report until a signal is restored.

Program has been amazing would recommend this product to anyone looking for an inspection software.

Sometimes can be costly If You Make A Mistake. This usually happens when your working with the report online.

But to me what is most helpful is knowing I can always get a response to ANY questions I may have from an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Some of the areas / section can be a little difficult for a "laymen" to read through.
