There are no real cons with this software that we can report.
The support team is amazing, always friendly and willing to assist when we bring up issues we experience. And they work hard to resolve the issues, and they report back on findings.
What I like least about the software. I haven't really found anything I dislike about it as I am still learning how to use all the features.
Features continue to be developed including an outstanding, configurable reporting system. Our drivers Iove it for ease of use.
Until we got to learn "the tricks" we had issues with the screen being too dark and in transferring to Scale guys.
Our drivers love it, it is easy to use and the support staff is excellent.
