It is so irritating having to use the mouse for the essential functions.
I love being able to load the Blueprints and navigate the Blueprints using this software. The ease of use makes it extremely easy to sort pages, highlight layouts and design from the pages.
The only Con is you are charged by user. If you have a single account Only one person can be logged on.
We are super pleased with STACK and the staff members. Initially, learning a new product can be challenging but the training team assured our success with its elaborate and precise training.
Sometimes we run into problems loading blueprints when more than one user is on the same account.

My problem in the past was that I could not land any small commercial jobs because of people working out of their trucks.
Ease of use, value, and support received is excellent. Gene Kaplan is excellent support, knowledgeable, he even got back to me on a Sunday morning for support.
Seems to be a lot of windows to get into the system and maybe a few too many duplications. When you make a change it is sometimes hard to tell if it actually worked, especially on the labor / hours.
Myself, am very happy with my Wendes systems. The software has a lot for you to learn, but once you learn it, it's pretty easy.
I could not find any cons for this software at first I was confused with the quantity and length options.
Quentin O.: Okay. My name is Quentin. My job title is Estimator/Senior QS. We have around 30 employees, and my rating for STACK is four out of five. We use it for a combination of things, but primarily we use it for measuring and estimation purposes. So if we're tendering jobs, if we're pricing variations, if we're monitoring changes. I find it quite useful for construction changes during the course of construction where the architects may or may not bubble changes and we can put the overlays in place, and things that have changed distinctly will then flash red. So it's very useful for that as well. Identifying changes in the full construction set, because again, sometimes the architects will just issue a full construction set and not tell you that there are changes from the tender set, so then we can price and pick up those changes accordingly. I like the fact that it's browser-based, so it's web-based. I can use it from anywhere in the world. That is probably the single most useful feature that it has, or the way it's been constructed. Probably from my point of view, the single feature I dislike the most is that it's American-based and that everything defaults to imperial rather than metric. It's easy to overcome, or relatively easy to overcome, but everything does default to imperial rather than metric. And if you haven't got your settings right, then every time you upload things, then it will default. That's probably my single biggest pet hate.
