SortScape vs Yardbook: Which is a better fit?

Find it fairly seamless and quick, easy to use, stores a lot of information about site history which is useful. The Sortscape product support has also been excellent and quick.

During the time I’ve used the product, which now is a little over two years, I think I’ve experienced only two or three outages, which each lasted for no more than five minutes.

Extremely happy with the program. It is a super important part of running our company day to day.

Inability to go through the schedule to attach a photo to a job that won’t disappear after the first visit.

Amazing , id recommend it to everyone who is looking for a reliable app and wants to make sure his business runs smoothly.

Inability to add that a visit to a site just for a quote. Have to create it as a job.

Sortscape has been a lifesaver for my business. It keeps track of all my ongoing jobs, creates a nice tidy database of all my clients, it keeps track of all previous visits (Date,work done + more).

Difficulty to drag and drop on handheld devices e.g. iPhones and iPads.

Yardbook has been an excellent way for me to keep my customer lists, invoices/payments, staffing, equipment, and routes organized. And the best part as it has been free to help me get started.

Too risky for me, and I have asked the company to set up 2FA, which they cannot offer as of now.

It's been a pleasure to use the software and to interact with the company. This was a great software for us on the free tier as we were starting our handyman service and while every penny counted.

The recurring invoice system would be the only thing I could complain about. I would rather they would just send automatically, instead of having to manually click to send.

They have a great app for android as well that crews can access in the field. Customer service is best in class and very responsive.

But clocking in and out of the jobs on it is difficult for me to figure out. So I have went back to just keeping yardbook pulled up in safari.

Outstanding the company is great. Very open to feedback and take the feedback and constantly improve the software.

No real cons other than the payment processing company they use for online payments is very expensive.
