The ability to create tasks and assign them to people was super useful. Also, the UI was very unobtrusive.

It is not very intuitive - have not used it for very long, but it just seems more difficult than it needs to be to find people and use the functionalities. The mobile app is really frustrating.

Compared to hipchat Ryver is much better in connectivity and ease of use. I can say that it is competitive in the chat system category.

The call button is placed in an awkward position, I sometimes end up accidentally calling a team member and it is a chore to end the call.

IT worked exceptionally well, had great support and an administrative console that was top notch. Again, if it remained free for us, we'd still be using it.

The mobile application takes forever to load and just throws errors sometimes. It's unreliable and it's hard to figure out how to get the notification settings just-right.

It's an amazing alternative to the other communication platforms out there. You already know how to use it.

The chat tends to confuse, about which department, activity or group is talking.

Collaborating with multiple people is easy and effective, and there are many great features such as making comments and inserting edits that can be viewed and resolved.

This is an amazing tool that assists you in making your place better and more productive. It is easy to use and also cheap.

We have found the provide storage to be inadequate at our tier level, and have had problems with Windows 10 compatibility.

It’s so nice having everything in one place and starting off in a hub every single morning. What I like most about Google sweet is that it has literally everything a business needs.

It can be frustrating when there are features that are available in MS Suite that GSuite does not have. They are few and far in between, but once in a while it does frustrate you.

To be honest it’s very user friendly and flexible. All modules are very usefully and important.

Painstaking to get it set up correctly on android, as well as my laptop. Confusing billing system, frustrating security, and terrible customer support.
