This is a great software and it has always been stable and reliable with no disconnections.
Many times throughout a session it will just disconnect then it will be very difficult to get connected again. It's caused me to have to bother my coworkers that are in the office to send me files.
The most effective attribute of this tool is that is it super easy to set up and configure on client devices.
If you have low speed internet connection you will be angry.

So we have proprietary software that can only be accessed while you are using Connect Secure. So if I just log into my company's user account, my user account and I try to access it, I can't. So it's essentially making sure that no unauthorized personnel can get to the software. It's software we use to edit and publish content. Not everybody has access to it because not everybody needs access to it. So that's really what it's used for. So it's for security purposes. What I like most about Connect Secure is it's simple to use. To access it I simply click on an icon on my desktop. I select the connection site and we have east and west set up. So since I'm on the west coast, I use west. Simply click that, enter my password and I'm good for eight hours. One thing I'd like to change about Connect Secure is although I am connected to it for eight hours or so procession. I would like to be able to stay connected longer, particularly on days when I have to work longer than eight hours. It's not a huge inconvenience. It's certainly by no means a huge hassle or deterrent to the product. It's just a minor inconvenience to have to log in again when you're already in a session. That's about the only negative thing I could say about Connect Secure.
