Stampli vs Smart RIA: Which is a better fit?

This product has been a massive win for us, from its seamless interface with our accounting software to its straightforward invoicing approval process.

Sometimes I find it difficult to search for past invoices if I am not exactly sure what search terms to use. I think this is largely user error, but it is something that I struggle with.

Ease of use and nice dashboard to approve invoices. Pretty simple to follow and great feature to ask colleagues questions.

I dislike my job and I associate Stampli with it so I dislike that it reminds me of working at my job.

I love how quickly and efficiently I can review and approve my invoices. The invoice provides all of the details that I need and it's a simple one button click to approve my outstanding invoices.

Sometimes it can be hard to communicate requests to change an invoice if we received something incorrect.

The customer support is outstanding, and our feedback is valued. The cost of the product was much lower than we anticipated for a solution that was much needed.

Cannot search by our purchase orders- makes it difficult if I am trying to see if our technicians are reusing the PO for multiple vendor invoices.

We love working with Amy, she understands the system well, is thorough and is really good at helping familiarize users with the platform.

Depending on your custodian getting your data feeds set up correctly can be frustrating and time consuming.

The software has made great advancements in the first couple of years, and the support team has been great. As long as improvements continue to be made, we're moving in the right direction.

The integrations are limited, specifically with Wealthbox and Redtail (CRM integrations).

We have had excellent service from SmartRIA and while it is still newer to us, we feel like this will be a good platform to run compliance out of for years to come.

What I like is how easy it is to use not only for the compliance department but also for employees. It is an excellent tool that guides us to comply with regulations.
