This product has been a massive win for us, from its seamless interface with our accounting software to its straightforward invoicing approval process.
Sometimes I find it difficult to search for past invoices if I am not exactly sure what search terms to use. I think this is largely user error, but it is something that I struggle with.
Ease of use and nice dashboard to approve invoices. Pretty simple to follow and great feature to ask colleagues questions.
I dislike my job and I associate Stampli with it so I dislike that it reminds me of working at my job.
I love how quickly and efficiently I can review and approve my invoices. The invoice provides all of the details that I need and it's a simple one button click to approve my outstanding invoices.
Sometimes it can be hard to communicate requests to change an invoice if we received something incorrect.
The customer support is outstanding, and our feedback is valued. The cost of the product was much lower than we anticipated for a solution that was much needed.
Cannot search by our purchase orders- makes it difficult if I am trying to see if our technicians are reusing the PO for multiple vendor invoices.
But, with PLEO it's now kind of fun to make purchases from the company card. Our admin staff is happy, our employees are happy and we can move quickly as the high growth company that we are.
The UI contains some empty white space which bothers me a slight bit.
Beautiful interface and 1-click (almost) bookkeeping is very impressive. I save maybe 2 hour a month on reporting for myself and my teams and I don't have to keep track of my receipts in my pockets.
The fact that there is no feedback/response when snapping a picture of the receipt.
The integration with the app on top to help me manage my receipts and budget is a fantastic toolbox that simply makes my life easier.
I guess it has to be, dealing with financials and everything. But, a few more hints or a walkthrough could have made me feel a little less dumb.
Best of all is that they always take on feedback and have fantastic customer support.

Chris: Hi, I'm Chris, a controller of a real estate company invested in marinas. Stampli is a four star out of five. We were using Sage Paperless Construction and its corresponding cloud application ePortal for invoice approvals. However, that didn't work out for us as much as we wanted to because it was not a native Cloud application, whereas Stampli is a native cloud application. We chose Stampli because it was recommended by Intact and it was a preferred provider in the Intact marketplace. It also advertised cutting edge AI in its invoice approvals and processing. So we thought it was a great candidate for our company. Getting started with Stampli was pretty straightforward, going through demos with a sales team and then having a very short timeline with the actual implementation team with Stampli. The software itself is pretty straightforward and user-friendly to use. I think the most important thing for someone to understand while implementing Stampli is to think about how they want to use the software because it's a very robust and powerful software and can be configured to be customized to a business's needs in many ways. So understanding how you want your invoice approvals to work is really important so that you can communicate that with the Stampli implementation team.
Bobby: Hi, I'm Bobby. I'm the head of People for KEEL, which is a platform that is an all-in-one backend for users, and I would give Pleo five out of five. So we chose Pleo because several of us in the leadership team had used it at previous companies, and there we'd found it because it had been a kind of new, innovative way of doing expenses and company finances that we'd really liked and found really exciting. So we chose Pleo because it has lots of great features like really clear spending limits for employees, so you can set how much they can spend. You can also easily give people individual company cards or even virtual cards, that makes it really easy for them to spend company money in a really easy way. And also, it's extremely transparent. So it's very clear what people are spending money on, they can easily categorize that spending and upload receipts really simply and show what they've been spending money on. So it's easy to empower employees to use their Pleo card without us getting too involved. Pleo is super, super easy to get started with. We literally signed up. I think we were in and kind of up and running the same day or the next day. It was very, very quick and easy. And it's also very easy to add new users. So it's a really simple couple of button clicks to invite an employee and set up their limits, and then they're up and running, and it's very obvious how to use it. So you don't have to really train people. People can just log in for the first time, see how it works and get going. So my recommendation would be to get it. I think if you're thinking about it, it's a really, really great product. It's really simple and nothing that I've used in the past has come close to how good, easy to use, easy to set up. It is. So yeah, get it.
