Same as the above question about what I liked. Very easy/user friendly, customer service is on point, and the options for saving the info collected are great.
The prices of the sms compared to other services can be a bit high. Additionally I have had problems to reach all operators, apparently it is a problem with the number portability of this country.
I have been considerably impressed with the level of customer service I have received from Textmagic. Lastly, I do have to mention, the new interface is wonderful and appears well thought out.
Depending on the volume of texts that need to be send out ,TextMagic can also be costly.

If I get a text that says "STOP" from the person sending it, then I don't need an email telling me that they sent a message saying STOP. It's redundant & unnecessary.
Inteveo is very good with reminding patients of their appointments and very good with the two-way interactions.
Hard to think of anything I don't like about EasyMarkit. The only thing would maybe be the lag that sometimes happens when switching between the chat and messaging.

Appointment reminders work very well and since we use intiveo the productivity of our front desk and the appointment confirmations have improved a lot. Customer service is outstanding.

Their support department is always available and so helpful. Our patients love having the ability to text us and complete their forms online.

I use TextMagic on a day-to-day basis to communicate with clients, with folks on my mailing list who have asked to have that daily communication. The thing I like most about TextMagic is that the price is pretty good for what it offers you and... I guess I have two things that I like most, is that it helps you... It has a little mechanism within it that can help you rephrase the text to get it within the amount of characters that you can reasonably send. The one thing that I wish were a little bit better with TextMagic is I wish it were easier to... If multiple folks are using the same app to log in and out of different users using our same company, but a different user. That's a tiny little bit clunky.
