Florence eConsent vs Updox: Which is a better fit?

Its a great platform to have all essential documents in a centralized location. It is easy to navigate and is constantly improving/ adding new features to make it user friendly.

Often times they are unaware they have to scroll further down to see there is an option for start signing.

Wonderful tool and we love this, it is even super easy to add to our IRB submissions.

Its hard to have minors in eConsent because the parent would have to create an email for their kid. If it’s more than one kid, parents say no as its too much extra work.

Very good to have everything digitally with better accessibility.

Technical glitches can cause disruption in workflow.

It was just amazing process and I learned so much about consent.

The training beforehand. Although it is a necessity, I always dread training.

Very great experience and I love the user interface. A very affordable recommendable software.

There is no virtual waiting room so is difficult to schedule the calls. It takes very long to wait for patient to answer.

The ease of which links can be sent to patients and connectedness to our EMR is fantastic.

Horrendous customer service. No appreciation for customer’s time.

The video quality is great. That's all I enjoyed for the 4 days that costs me $94.00.

The inability to fax blast to a contact list. The complexity of adding/importing contact lists.

I have already recommended this product to colleagues. I like that it is HIPPA compliant, ease of use, and attaches easily to patient folder in EHR.

We have been able to see patients that are high risk and did not need to come into the office. I can forsee it being beneficial as we move forward from this crisis.
