Resolver vs Equifax: Which is a better fit?

The personnel at Resolver has made the client experience a defining moment. SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has been superb to work with and a good "partner/champion" for us.

After updating the risk content, the software will automatics refresh and will have to go through the list to find the risk I was updating.

Having previously submitted evidence from prior audits is very helpful during audits in progress. While the product is great, the support team is what makes the overall experience the exceptional.

User setup can be confusing when onboarding new employees into the software. There are so many custom items a user can have access to it can be difficult to identify the correct options.

I greatly enjoy working in the system, the Resolver team in fantastic and very responsive. Any issues that may come up (rare though they are) are handled quickly.

Lagging is a huge problem when several people are calling out checks at the same time and I cannot keep up because the program is running so slowly.

The product is affordable, and easy to use and track incidents. It also provides a great ROI and helps prove a security department's worth.

The loss of shortcut keys is a major inconvenience, and I really hope this feature is reintroduced in future updates.

What I like to most about the software is easy to use and understand also ability to review document is easy.

We did struggle a little bit with integration with other software. Otherwise no other real problems or dislikes.

I like how user friendly Equifax is for people to use. It is pretty clear when trying to read your credit report and if there are any issues its handled quickly.

Sometimes it can be hard to find different things on the website, especially if you are trying to find things on your report.

I like the fact that you are able to monitor your credit report in order to make sure that there has been no fraudulent activity bern taking place.

It feels slow when inputting the data, the system is old school but it works. The back end was annoying to set up.

Being able to assist patients in getting the finance they want and need for dental care can be quite fulfilling.

The thing I like least is the fact that it it a pain in the backside to set up. One has to have a ton of patience in the set up process.
